    Terms and Conditions for Project Development Services and Requesting a License for Academic Projects

    1. Project Development Services

    Project Execution:

    • All project execution will be conducted online using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. AnyDesk access will be provided for remote collaboration.
    • Ensure a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection during project explanation and execution to prevent time delays.
    • Only one member from the batch, authorized by us, will be in contact with us until the project is completed.
    • Coding functionality will be explained but entire code line by line is not possible.

    Meeting Attendance:

    • All batch members are required to attend the scheduled meetings. The meetings will not be rescheduled for absentees.
    • Missing any scheduled meeting may delay the project delivery and affect the overall progress.

    Project Deliverables:

    • Every project will include a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) and comprehensive documentation files.
    • If applicable, a final report will be provided.
    • Premium AI tools will be used to create project documentation, including UML and other relevant diagrams.

    Copyright and Ownership:

    • All developed projects, including those based on customized ideas, are copyrighted by us.
    • You do not have the right to modify, resell, or misuse the projects in any form.
    • For customized or original project ideas, we retain all copyright and will handle the project implementation.
    • Unauthorized use of our projects (e.g., uploading to online platforms like GitHub, YouTube, or any other platform) will result in legal action, and we will report such activities to the Cyber Crime department.

    Modifications & Issues:

    • Any issues regarding project modifications or documentation must be reported 4–6 days in advance for necessary adjustments.
    • We will not accept changes or modifications after project completion, so verify the project output carefully before making the final payment.

    Payment Terms:

    • Payment will be made in two installments:
      • 50% upfront before project initiation.
      • 50% after reviewing the project output video.
    • No changes will be made after the final payment.

    Project Accuracy & Reference:

    • Not every project will be implemented exactly as per the requirements or reference or base paper. It will serve as a prototype for reference purposes only.

    Refunds:

    • If you are unsatisfied with any of the terms above, you can request a refund on the same day you receive this message.

    2. Requesting a License for Academic Projects

    Eligibility for License Request:

    • You must be a registered student or academic professional.
    • You must have authorization from your academic institution or Partner organization to use the requested project for academic purposes.
    • Accurate and complete information must be provided during the license request process.

    License Request Process:

    • The Student/Client must submit a license request through the Partner’s platform, providing the following:
      • Personal Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and student ID (if applicable).
      • Project Code: The project code associated with the academic project you are requesting.
      • Device Details: Necessary device-related information such as MAC address, CPU name, and hard disk serial number may be required.
      • Academic Information: Any relevant details such as course name, professor’s name, and project requirements.

    License Terms and Usage:

    • Upon receiving the license, you agree that:
      • Non-transferable: The license is non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or sublicensed to others.
      • Academic Use Only: The project is to be used solely for academic purposes. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
      • Code Security: 95% project code is editable, and you can modify according to your requirements but only 5% code is obfuscated for security reasons.
      • License Expiry: The license is valid for a specified period, and renewal requests can be made after expiration.
      • License Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke licenses if misused or if the terms of the License Agreement are violated.

    Payment Terms for License:

    • Payment will be made based on the agreed pricing for each project license.
    • No refunds will be issued once the license is granted unless explicitly stated in the License Agreement or in the event of a system failure.

    Intellectual Property Rights:

    • All intellectual property associated with the academic projects, including code, documentation, logos, and other content, remain the exclusive property of Codebroker and the Partner organization.
    • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the academic project only for academic purposes.
    • Modification, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of the academic projects without written consent is prohibited.

    3. Research Paper Services Terms:

    Documentation & Research Paper:

    • We use premium AI tools to create research papers, including documentation, UML, and other diagrams.
    • Plagiarism in the research paper will be below 15%. Please note that AI-generated content may be detected in some cases.

    Journal Publication:

    • Paper writeup will be done based on standards of many journals.
    • You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the journal through your guide. We are not liable after the paper is published.
    • If you are giving us only paper writeup service without publication, then it’s your responsibility about publication.
    • Once paper writeup completed its your responsibility to make necessary changes from the reviewers if asked.

    4. General Notes

    • All terms are subject to change, and by engaging with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules outlined above.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms for both project development services and academic project license usage.

    By purchasing projects or requesting licenses from our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Project Purchase Process

    • All projects are available for purchase either as ready-made or customized according to your requirements.
    • If purchasing a customized project, detailed requirements must be provided in advance for proper development.
    • Project purchase is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or decline a project order if the requirements cannot be met.

    2. Payment Terms

    • Payment will be made in two installments:
      • 50% upfront upon order confirmation.
      • 50% after reviewing the project output video, prior to final delivery.
      • 100% if purchasing ready-made projects after reviewing the project output video.
    • Projects will only be delivered after the final installment is received. No project will be delivered before full payment.

    3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

    • All projects, including customized or original ideas, are copyrighted by us.
    • You are not permitted to modify, resell, or misuse the projects in any form without prior written consent from us.
    • If the project is a customized solution, we retain full copyright of the developed solution and all related materials.

    4. Usage of Projects

    • The purchased projects are intended for academic and educational purposes only.
    • The projects are not to be uploaded or distributed on any online or social media platforms (e.g., GitHub, YouTube, etc.) without explicit permission from us.
    • Any unauthorized use of the project may lead to legal action and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including Cyber Crime.

    5. Modifications and Updates

    • Any requests for modifications after the project have been delivered must be reported within 4–6 days for adjustments.
    • No modifications will be accepted once the final payment is made, and the project is marked as completed.
    • All requests for customization and changes must be made in writing and approved by us.
    • Code Security: 95% project code is editable, and you can modify according to your requirements but only 5% code is obfuscated for security reasons.

    6. Delivery and Documentation

    • Every purchased project will be delivered with a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) and full documentation.
    • If applicable, a final report will also be provided.

    7. Quality and Final Product

    • Our projects are designed to serve as prototypes and may not be implemented exactly as per the base paper or reference material.
    • Verify the final project output before making the remaining payment. No changes will be accepted after completion.

    8. Project Ownership

    • All projects sold to partners remain our intellectual property and do not transfer any ownership or rights to the partner unless explicitly stated in writing.

    9. Refunds

    • Refunds will not be granted after project completion and delivery. However, if you are unsatisfied with the project or services, you must raise the issue within the same day of receiving the project, and we will review the situation.
    • Refund requests will only be considered if there is a clear breach of terms.

    10. Partner Responsibilities

    • As a partner, you are responsible for ensuring that the project is used ethically and within academic guidelines. We are not responsible for any misuse or violations resulting from your use of the project.
    • It is your responsibility to inform your clients (if applicable) about these terms and ensure compliance.

    11. Termination and Breach

    • We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if any of the terms are violated, and in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
    • If we believe that any activity is harmful or detrimental to our reputation, we may immediately cease providing services to the partner.

    12. License System for Academic Projects

    • Eligibility: To access and use our services, you must:
      • Be a legally registered Partner with the authority to bind your entity to these Terms and Conditions.
      • Provide accurate and complete information during the registration and license request process.
      • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
    • License Requests:
      • The Partner is responsible for submitting accurate and complete license requests for their students or users, including:
        • Student Information: The student’s full name, email, phone number, and project code.
        • Device Details: Device-related information (MAC address, CPU name, hard disk serial number) as required by the platform.
        • Approval: The Partner will be notified when the student's license request is approved or denied, and is responsible for notifying the student accordingly.
    • License Terms and Usage:
      • Upon approval, the Partner agrees that:
        • Non-transferable: The license is non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or sublicensed to others without explicit permission.
        • Academic Use Only: The license is granted solely for academic purposes, and the Partner must ensure compliance.
        • License Expiry: The license remains valid for a specific period as stated in the License Agreement; renewal may be required thereafter.
        • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke licenses if there is misuse or violation of the License Agreement.
    • Payment and Fees:
      • The Partner agrees to pay all applicable fees for the requested licenses as outlined in our Pricing section.
      • Payments must be made in full and will be processed through the available payment methods.
    • Distributor Access:
      • As a Partner, you may assign Distributor roles to manage license requests on behalf of students or users within your organization.
      • Distributors must ensure that students comply with the terms of the License Agreement.

    13. General Notes

    • All projects purchased from us are subject to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from proceeding with the purchase.
    • We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and it is the partner's responsibility to review them regularly.
